Grocery at Geomart is getting a minimum discount of 5 percent per day. Geomart offers free home delivery on all orders without a minimum order value requirement. Besides, there is a Reliance One or ROne loyalty program for customers, in which ROne points can be earned and redeemed in the next transaction. Also, exclusive offers on various brands and products are being offered.



Users can pay with Geomoney Wallet when ordering on Geomart. Apart from this, other mobile wallets, cards, payments from net banking, and cash on delivery are also available. Geomart has a cashback of up to Rs 200 on a minimum purchase of Rs 300 from Paytm. MobiQuick is getting 15% cash back on purchases. Sodexo is also being accepted for prepaid orders.

According to Mukesh Ambani, chairman of Reliance Industries Ltd at its 43rd annual general meeting, Geomart will soon have electronics, fashion, healthcare, and pharmaceutical products in addition to groceries. At present only groceries can be purchased on the service of the beta version of Geomart. The service is available in 200 cities across the country.

JioMart is an Indian online grocery delivery service, started as a venture between Reliance Retail and Jio Platforms. JioMart delivers grocery and daily essentials from nearby stores. The platform was soft-launched in December 2019. A pilot was launched in select areas of Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Kalyan in April 2020. In May 2020, JioMart was launched in 200 cities and towns in India.



How to place an order on JioMart



Step 1. A customer will get to first add JioMart’s WhatsApp number on their smartphone.

Step 2. Once done, JioMart will provide a link on the chat window which is valid for a half-hour. The URL redirects the customer to a webpage where the user will need to provide the contact number and complete address.

Step 3. Once the entire details are furnished, users can proceed to put the order from the merchandise list.

Step 4. Once the order has been placed, the customer receives a notification with the small print of the order and therefore the local store where he can pick the order from. For the nonce, payments are limited to cash only.
